- Yes. Organisations across the life sciences ecosystem are encouraged to host events as part of London Life Sciences Week.

- Event submissions can be made through the event registration form on the website. We encourage organisers to submit their events as early as possible to maximise visibility and inclusion in promotional activity.
- 8. Does my event have to be exclusively focused on life sciences?
- Not necessarily. We welcome events that support and strengthen London and the UK’s life sciences ecosystem, including topics such as healthcare innovation, AI and data, investment, skills and talent, advanced manufacturing, sustainability, entrepreneurship, policy and regulation.
- 9. Is there a cost to submit an event?
- There is no fee to submit an event for consideration as part of the programme.
- 10. Will London Life Sciences Week promote my event?
- Approved events will be featured on the official calendar and may be highlighted through London Life Sciences Week communications, including the newsletter and LinkedIn page. Organisers remain responsible for promoting their own events and managing registrations.
- 11. Can international organisations take part?
- Yes. London Life Sciences Week aims to connect London’s ecosystem with national and international partners. We encourage participation from organisations, investors, researchers and innovators from around the world.

- To be included on the official London Life Sciences Week calendar, events must take place between 15 and 20 November 2026.

- All event submissions are reviewed by the London Life Sciences Week team. We aim to include all events that are submitted if they are relevant to the sector, professionally organised and align with the objectives of the week.
