Yes. Organisations across the life sciences ecosystem are encouraged to host events as part of London Life Sciences Week.
We welcome event proposals from organisations of all sizes, including companies, universities, hospitals, research institutes, professional bodies, charities, investors and community organisations.

Events should align with the aims of London Life Sciences Week and contribute to showcasing the strength and diversity of the UK’s life sciences sector.
Event submissions can be made through the event registration form on the website. We encourage organisers to submit their events as early as possible to maximise visibility and inclusion in promotional activity.
Not necessarily. We welcome events that support and strengthen London and the UK’s life sciences ecosystem, including topics such as healthcare innovation, AI and data, investment, skills and talent, advanced manufacturing, sustainability, entrepreneurship, policy and regulation.
There is no fee to submit an event for consideration as part of the programme.
Approved events will be featured on the official calendar and may be highlighted through London Life Sciences Week communications, including the newsletter and LinkedIn page. Organisers remain responsible for promoting their own events and managing registrations.
