Coulter Partners appoints Sabine Moravi as Associate Partner
London, UK and Basel, Switzerland - September 25, 2025 – Coulter Partners, the global expert building leadership teams for Health, Science and Technology innovation businesses, announces the appointment of Sabine Moravi as an Associate Partner. This strategic hire marks a significant step in the firm’s expansion within the Swiss market and the broader DACH region.
Sabine Moravi brings over 20 years of leadership experience across the global life sciences industry, with a rare combination of executive, investor-facing, and operational expertise. She advises companies ranging from global multinationals to emerging ventures, with a focus on building high-performing, cross-functional teams across commercial and capital markets functions, as well as board governance.
"Over the past decade, we have established ourselves as highly respected advisers on leadership for health and tech innovation companies in the Swiss and broader DACH region,” said Nicholas Green, CEO at Coulter Partners. “As part of our comprehensive strategy to further strengthen this presence, we are delighted to welcome Sabine to our team. Her deep expertise in the pharma and biotech sectors, combined with her extensive global network, will be instrumental as we capitalise on significant opportunities in the region.”
Sabine spent nearly two decades at Novartis in pivotal leadership roles, including general management positions in Europe, commercial leadership in the United States, and investor relations for North America and global markets. Her tenure placed her at the intersection of therapeutic innovation, commercial execution, and capital markets during a period of significant global transformation for the company. After Novartis, she served as Head of Central Europe & Nordics at Galderma, where she led a ten-country business with full P&L responsibility across the aesthetics, prescription, and consumer dermatology portfolios. She also contributed to Norgine’s private equity readiness process, co-chairing a cross-functional advisory committee during a critical phase of ownership transition.
“I am delighted to join Coulter Partners and contribute to the firm’s growth,” said Sabine Moravi, newly appointed Associate Partner. “I look forward to bringing my experience and network to help clients build exceptional life sciences leadership teams.”
Sabine brings broad therapeutic expertise across a range of areas, including oncology, hematology, cardiology, neurology, and dermatology. She is board-certified through the Swiss Board School (University of St. Gallen) and has completed executive education at Harvard. She holds a Healthcare Executive MBA from the University of California, Irvine, and a Master in Finance from the University of Graz, Austria. She is Vice-Chair of the Board at the Children’s Tumor Foundation Europe, serves on the Board of Glacies Biome, and was nominated to join the Board of Directors at Arcondis AG.
Sabine’s appointment follows a strategic leadership transition and the reorganization of Coulter Partners’ Senior Leadership Team (SLT) in 2025. This transition saw Bianca Coulter, Co-founder and then CEO, assume the role of Executive Chair, and Nicholas Green take up the reins as CEO. Additional members of the SLT include Joe Coulter, Co-founder and COO, Charlotte James, Chief of Staff and Operations, and James Bichener, CFO.
