The TechBio Boost Leadership Retreat brings together CEOs and founders of TechBio companies for two days of high-level networking, strategic discussion, and collaborative problem-solving – all set in a beautiful, secluded location.

Participants can expect an intensive programme of workshops, strategy sessions, peer-to-peer learning and a 3-course networking dinner – all designed to tackle the opportunities and challenges shaping the future of TechBio.

This invitation-only retreat is free of charge for past and present TechBio Boost cohorts, as well as invited sector experts.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF BOOKING

This event is free to attend as a BIA member benefit and is by invite only. The free ticket allows invitees to join all sessions, the networking activities, seated dinner the evening of 23 June (first come first served in the case that seating capacity is reached), and overnight accommodation. Catering will also be provided throughout the event.

CANCELLATION

If you have accepted the invitation by booking, any subsequent cancellation requests must be sent in writing by email to [email protected]  

Cancellations received prior to 25 August 2025 will not incur a charge.

Cancellations received on or after 25 August 2025 will be subject to a £500 fee (this is to cover costs of accommodation, catering and activities that will be booked well in advance of the event).

DATA COLLECTION AND USE

Your full name, company name, email address, dietary and access requirements will be collected upon registration and used to contact you with regard to this event. Your data will be processed and stored as per our privacy statement: https://www.bioindustry.org/privacy-statement.html 

Your full name, company name and dietary or access requirements might be shared with the venue if required by them in order to allow you access to their premises and in order to accommodate any dietary or special assistance requirements you might have provided.

PHOTOGRAPHY AND VIDEO

We take photographs at all of our events and occasionally record videos. Photos and videos are often used for marketing purposes (e.g.: on LinkedIn, direct marketing emails, etc). If you do not wish for photos or a video of you to be made public, please let us know by emailing [email protected]

DELEGATE LIST

At many of our events, we distribute delegates lists to attendees. These lists consist of the full name and company name of all registered attendees, but do not include contact details such as email addresses. We don’t allow third parties to use these lists for promotional purposes without your express consent. If you don’t want to be on the delegate list for an event, please let us know by emailing [email protected]

The data that the BIA will collect from you will be treated in accordance with the above and with our privacy statement. This is necessary in order for you to be able to join the event and is, therefore, a precondition of service.
