The Milner Therapeutics Symposium is an annual flagship event in Cambridge, bringing together >750 leading scientists, innovators, and investors from academia and industry. The Symposium showcases cutting-edge research and its potential impact on drug discovery in pharma and biotech. It is designed to foster collaboration across the Milner Institute’s partner organisations and aims to accelerate the journey from scientific discovery to new medicines.

The 2026 programme features plenary talks from world-class scientists, spotlight presentations from early-stage start-ups in the Milner Bio-incubator, and a cross-sector panel focused on shaping the future of science.

Registration for the Symposium is open only to academic researchers and to Milner affiliates​, Consortium companies​​ and venture partners​​.
